I feel human today for the first time in weeks. I'm sure that will pass by the end of the work day and I inevitably slump in front of the telly playing the PS4 aimlessly wishing I had the gumption to do something creative.

I'm so late today because I've only just come back from my health care visit to the cantankerous old ba⭐d who I know made an "informal" complaint about me. I kept checking my phone because I couldn't believe that the office would make me go back to that place. He clearly has no clue about medical matters and thinks he knows everything better. Honestly, some people! I was looking at my watch and willing it to be over. If there is a next time I might try putting itching powder into his bandages. Let him find a medical explanation for that.

The cantankerous old ba⭐d was spared the workshy, idle ⭐attleaxe's visit*; she stuck me on the end of her schedule, dawdled around, had an hour's lunch break and then claimed she had to go into the college to study to fill in the gaping holes in her medical knowledge transfer.

Instead, my friend (a tall ex-copper who plays the saxophone) volunteered to sort me out, thank all the saints. That there is only one bad egg in a team of 50 is astonishing ...

Joke, of course I'm talking about the last chance that 2020 has to redeem itself. Although it's just done the dirty on us with John Sessions. It just can't seem to help itself.

What I mean is that today's the day when the folks across the Big Pond have the opportunity to ditch their pumpkin-in-chief. Who they should never have installed in the first place. Let's hope that they are finally capable of ending this particularly interesting chapter in World History.

I would have liked to watch the spectacle but I'm not willing to stay up until 4am or whenever the result might be known. Or get up at that time. This event is really very badly organised and the scheduling is completely off.

Anyway, so I thought that yesterday was probably the last opportunity to visit Biden HQ, Joe Biden's Animal Crossing Island. So I went and took a few pictures.



The island is only accessible via Dream Code. Classic Sleepy Joe.



Joe Biden was kind enough to pick me up and show me around. This is probably the nearest I will ever get to taking a selfie with a US President.

As we were walking along, Joe and I were discussing the terrible misunderstanding that led him to appoint Kamala as his running mate instead of me. I still can't believe I missed his phone call.



The staffers at the Field Office are always leaving it in a right state at the end of the day. The one at the desk in the upper right hand corner won't shut up about his last holiday in Hawaii. At least he makes a good cup of Joe.

So I discovered the truth: Covid-19 wasn't the reason why Joe was hiding in his basement. He was playing with his train set.

I picked up some sweet merch from the shop. My favourite is my new "I am speaking" hoodie.



And this is what it's all about - the White House. It's inaccessible at the moment, naturally. But they are using industrial strength disinfectant, so hopefully it'll be okay.
