I am excited for PS5. I don't have any immediate plans to get one though. There are enough PS4 games to keep me going for a year at least.
Although I did watch a live stream of Demon's yesterday. It does look very good.

I am borderline excited about getting a console that doesn’t sound like a bloody airbus on takeoff, that doesn’t beep constantly and is unlikely to require LASER surgery. I am less keen on the fact that it looks like a Zaha Hadid designed public toilet block, so shall be waiting for them to bring one out in a civilised, plain black colour.
Also I’ve seen the DS gameplay trailer and have no shame in saying that, after this year, I currently lack the mental fortitude to deal with lovingly detailed next-gen mindflayers and giant depraved ones.
It also sounds as though they might have fixed some of my flamelurker cheats, in which case I am shit out of luck. I await the resident lunatic’s report and updates with interest.

Suggestion for amipal
On your underground tunnel pics- (which are absolutely brilliant by the way) -you could try a 360 degree rotation in sequence as though the floor was that of a spaceship, although no people would be better, then maybe a shot 90 degrees left angle so that the left wall looks like a floor and the floor looks like a right wall. one can only imagine how it would be.
(I like odd angles I find them thought provoking).
take all with a pinch of salt as usual.

PS5 pump levels are through the roof. Tempted to get AssVal now as an appetiser to keep the PS4 warm this weekend.
Also just realised cod of duty is out today. Doesn't sound top level, banana wise.

I've been playing Game & Watch on and off for most of the day. Without too much effort one can basically keep the game going forever. I'm good at this. Reminds me of simpler times.
Second day in a row with fried egg in "oven bottom muffin" for lunch. Four stars, need to try it with added bacon.
TV last night: finally got round to watching the first half of The Shining (once more thanks to Destry). Pref. Mam. when asked to give his verdict so far declared it "exciting, innit?" I told him not to have nightmares when he went to bed and he responded with nervous laughter. Part 2 today.
OTTM: I need more sleep.
