I don't know what to do with the potato. I shall look. We've just done the Asda order for Fri and I'm making leek & potato soup on Sunday. Maybe it can go in that.

Maple syrup and mustard* glazed gammon joint for dinner tonight, with potato croquettes and peas.
*Supposed to be wholegrain but I don't have that so it's English mustard.
