Thanks for all the tips all. I'm still alive, I'm on the fence as to whether I'm happy about that or not.
I went for doner and chips, with lucozade, tea and salt and vinegar crisps (no irn bru to be seen in my local Tesco). Then I had a sleep and now I'm waiting on a nandos.
@rugby I'm a bit disappointed as an English fan, but it's been coming and Scotland are a good side

I'm watching Pitch Black.
I've got a bad feeling 'bout this.
EDIT: There's a lot less collegiate a capella singing and a lot more sci fi than I was expecting...

Hangover cure chat: dioralyte does the job for me. Well, it helps deal with the dehydration aspect and related symptoms.
My main problem is I'll get to bed late, have a crap sleep, and wake up at 6.45 as usual, leaving me tired all day.
Rugby chat: I kind of wished I cared enough about rugby to gloat, but I don't. And there's nothing worse than a fairweather fan glory hunting.

As a thirty six year old, hangovers now lie in wait.
You wake up feeling not so bad, and think you've evaded the spectre. Then around midday, you gradually become aware of the lurking presence, and... oh god... it's been here the whole time!
