Going to pick up my pc with the new SSD installed. The old hard drive is still in the rig and they said I can use it as a secondary drive etc.
Noob question - how will I know I am using the SSD? Will the pc always source the SSD for my games etc? It's been cloned just to clarify.

Spending months carefully repairing and making adjustments to something that is absolutely worthless. Hundreds of hours repairing a 1980s can of beans or something.

One of those gas stoves as fierce as the afterburner of a jet plane would be good.

- Do a fresh, clean reboot of Windows with the SDD in place
- Move everything that matters on to the SSD such as Windows and games
- Anything else, such as photos, videos or documents (basically all your porn) - have on the HDD and connect this to the moba as a second storage device
I've never actually used a backup HDD though, so the above may be horrifically wrong. If switching to SDD I would do a clean reboot of Windows though.

I think I'd want a fireman's pole to allow easy downwards travel (and dancing). Star gazing and chucking empties off the tower would be amazing. Just remember not to park right at the bases of the tower. Would you work in the tower and sleep in the bunker or work in the bunker and sleep in the tower? |

One is a cheap Black and Decker and does all my IKEA jobs for me. The other is a bigger Bosch, which I’m afraid to take out of the box. I really want a nail gun. I have a staple gun which is scary enough. |

You'll know the SSD is working by saving stuff to it as the named drive (C:?) when you install things.
You can check its properties as well.
Also it will be much faster. You'll notice it for a few days. Then it will become the normal speed (and will gradually slow down).

I think I'd work in the tower and sleep in the tower. I'd also keep watch from the tower. Should anyone approach it would be down into the bunker. The bunker might actually be some way away from the tower (maybe under the forest), perhaps connected by an underground tunnel. |

The underlings have to quarry the stone for the tower from somewhere.
There definitely has to be a direct connection from tower to bunker.
You are going to need to escape quickly when the angry mob turns up.

The shop are cloning the hard drive to the SSD and all the technical stuff, yeah I know but I dress like a Roman legionary so bear that in mind. I assume when I turn it on and load up steam etc it'll defer to the ssd. |
