Pref.Mam. got an Easter egg with 3 flakes in it, they claimed they went to buy one for me yesterday but there weren't any left, my theory is they bought one and ate it on the way home.

Roasting a chicken for tonight's dinner. Less faff later and can get all the meat off the bone in advance so we can have remainders in risotto tomorrow.

Salt
Pepper
HP sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Runny Honey
Oxo cube
Water
Chilli flakes
English mustard
Cayenne
Onions
Tin tomatoes
Tom puree
Red wine vinegar
And a partridge in a pear tree

This time of year. Especially this year. People wanting to go for walks. People wanting to meet up. I miss the rain and the darkness and the security of my castle keep. We've been invited to a friends this afternoon. Beers and snacks in the garden. I don't want to go. The PM doesn't want to go. So we've told a fib and aren't going. Sorry Jesus. |

I read several recipes for slow cooker beef brisket, most had some of a combination of a fair few of the ingredients I've used, so I went maverick.
Eg, one had Cayenne, one chilli flakes, I've gone both. One said treacle which I haven't got (does anyone use treacle?) so I've used honey. Some called for a fizzy soft drink. HP was my idea.
