I predominantly work with women. So generally when a staff member has a kid there is a lot of fawning when said baby is brought in for the first time.
Years ago as this was happening I said to a male colleague "You know that's why they don't allow women to fight in the Army? The enemy would parachute in babies in Moses baskets and they'd all put down their guns and go hug the babies"
A nice but dim coworker said "Is that right?"

Morning beer fans!
No games last night. However, the house will be empty from about 1pm today until this evening, a potential HUGE window.
So, faceless is hungover, wonder if BabyF is too. This time next week I suspect it might be me.

Morning, I have yet to go back to the pub. Lockdown has taught me the wide variety of off licences nearby though.
No hangover, are people having to get smartphones to be allowed beer in pubs now? Had a shout at wrex last night, which one should be saved is the next choice. Might have done the mission a bit early so off to do more space side quests for a bit.

I drank 2 beers, a glass of wine & some sailor jerries last night. Lovely stuff.
Games - finished off resi 8. I liked it. Didn’t love it. Was very easy, the bosses were just straight up bullet sponges. It was different which is good & the story was none sense. 4 stars
Gone back for a bit of cyber punk & returnal. Returnal is not too easy & am going to need to commit some serious time to it I think. Done 10 hours or so overall & been beaten by the first boss a number of times.
Cyberpunk I do really like. It’s stable on the ps5 but still has some silly glitches.

I'm currently walking around with tonnes of weapons and ammo. I'm playing on Normal which is usually enough of a challenge, and more, for me, but maybe a run on Hardcore might be good. I also want to play cyberpunk, but was strongly advised by a friend, who also has ps5, to wait for that version. Ooh friend etc |
