Woke up too early, went back to bed and managed to have a proper lie-in. I need to be fit and wide awake for tomorrow's match as I'm committed to some serious multitasking involving at least two screens. Because 8 p.m. tomorrow evening BST is noon PST in California, whence my weekly gaming stream comes from. These people have no idea about the handfootball of history, so I will have to simultaneously keep an eye on the final as well as on Trails in the Sky SC, which will likely again take a few months to play through after we just finished the first chapter. Yesterday I got an email from the milkman's company pointing out that Monday deliveries might be late. Fortunately my next delivery is on Tuesday, by which time the hangover should have subsided (mine and the milkman's). In other news, I have now signed up to participate in a vaccine study by the University of Dundee, i.e. for the next 3 years I'll get a monthly questionnaire and by the end I will be famous for featuring in The Lancet. They are still looking for more people, particularly those who haven't been vaccinated yet, but everyone can take part, whether unvaxxed, half vaxxed, fully vaxxed or bikini waxed. You don't have to get vaccinated at all to take part. It hides a PSVR headset too (so no-one will know I’m serious about my hobby). Do you think the TV is too big? … The PM suggested it might be. I wanted to go even bigger. |

Having had to move the furniture for the new TV for TV I don't think I could get a monster gaming screen into the living room.
Would a garage make a good man cave? Seems fine except for the cold in winter.

Today I have mowed both lawns and trimmed both hedges. *flexes puny biceps*
Now I'm tired. And very thirsty.
I've also been to sainsburys and bought all the booze and food.
Milkman chat. Further to Tenthens comment. Our milkman is obviously a potential chatterboxer with his cunning plan to skive on Monday. Our deliveries are Friday and Monday mornings.
On Friday we got an unexpected double delivery with a pre printed note saying 'no delivery Monday due to the football'. Clever girl...
James. Considering buying the new Ratchet and Clank. Looks good.

I went out with two friends on Wednesday. The first time since reopening in April.
Yesterday one of them was ill and went for a covid test. Today the app offers me a 9 day staycation.
I wouldn't mind, but my friend does daily tests so he can pick the kids up from his ex and take them to school. He tested negative on Wednesday, obviously.
At least I had a decent night out.

Double jabbed and I'm pretty certain I had covid before it was fashionable anyway (Feb 2020)
I didn't react to AZ jab, while Shenguin was ill. So it is likely I already had antibodies.
However I can no longer attend Amipal's party in his place.
