Still no games or booze today. Saw free guy last night, nice change to all the marvel films.
At only a fiver a ticket it wasn't too bad paying for dinner and parking, both seem to have gone up recently.

If "Neither one thing nor the other" is the correct translation, surely it's a jokey name for the perineum, also known as the "Taint", a contraction of "'Tain't one or the other", meaning it's neither the genitals nor the anus. Presumably the short street was defined more by what was at either end of it, rather than by what it was itself.
An idle theory, built on no more than circumstantial evidence and speculation.

Baptists are the worst.
They made it merely an eral. All fun removed.
The service at the Crem was too long. About 40 minutes. We were squashed in (to the chapel) and it was sweaty.
There was a further service afterwards. This lasted about 1 3/4 hours.
No one is worth that.
By 3.20 ( the first service started at 3) I was losing the will to live.
By 5.30 I sneaked out early. It was a good job Shenguin had a train to catch. I returned for the food.
There was a buffet, but no booze.
There was a slight possibility of booze, but by 6.30 my lift was going and no booze had appeared.
0 stars. Not recommended.

Destry They are mostly nice people and it was unfortunate circumstances. Even so 2.75 hours of services is at least 1.5 hours too long. Short and sweet is the way to go. |
