It's Friday so the wee lassie that sells the cakes etc is going to be at the door in about two hrs. New tact as the "we're trying to be healthy" patter isn't making her go away.
Answer the door, hand jammed in a tub of pringles. Munching away, full mouth and tell her "we're trying to be healthy" - but as my mouth is full, I'll put down the pringles and wash them down with a swig of Irn-Bru from a 2 litre bottle. Then repeat myself so she can make it out.

Yeah, so what has the film got to do with the beer having too much head? The assembled people in the image have had a rather rotten time of it in the North African desert, not only dealing with the heat, but also evading Wehrmacht soldiers and Luftwaffe patrols. The thought of an ice cold beer in Alexandria is one of the only things that keeps them going. Frankly, I don’t think they care how much head is on there. |

Chicken satay with rice for dinner. I hope that Chumbles 's hospital visit & test went well today and that he didn't have to wait around for hours. I had a routine hospital appointment on Tuesday and was surprised to see that even in a hospital setting many people still don't understand that the mask goes over the nose as well as your mouth. That includes my lovely and wonderful consultant. I was too polite to point it out but I gave silent thanks to Bill Gates. Best one I've seen yet was a man with an impressive and full beard. Because of the beard the mask was barely covering his mouth. Recognising that this use of a face mask was deficient, he was actually double masking, with a second mask sitting in the area of his chin, cradling the magnificent beard. Aerosols were streaming uninhibited from his nostrils, yet there was not a hair out of place on the beard. A strong look. |

tenthenemy I did see some young women on Instagram or Twitter who got a mask made for her with "It goes over your fucking nose" printed on it. Made me chuckle.

Alright. I’m not reading all that.
So I’m not dead. Had a bad month or two so been a bit quiet. Got laid off in work but got a new job today on same money, closer to home so am chuffed. Treated myself to some beers & some films me & the mrs been after for a bit. Gemini man & willys wonderland. Expecting both to be rubbish but funny.
Game wise I’ve been all over the show. Can’t settle. Returnal, disco elysium, persona 5 royal, yakuza like a dragon. Spent most time on habroxia on vita which never played but is good.
Hope you are all ok.

Some foam rings that go over your joystick so it doesn't move as far arrived. Supposed to be good for driving games so you're not jerking as much and get an even turn. They're too tight on the DS4 but they're for the bone one anyway. Might put on later.
