The trouble I had setting up the box tonight. You don't want to know. So I'm not going to bore you with the details.

Good night and good morning to you, summer is officially over as confirmed by the Cbox. bloody meds keep shutting me down in the middle of vids that I watch on the YT, not cool. now I know why I shouldn't operate machinery or vehicles, so much for that land speed record on my bucket list.

Morning petrol fans!
I’m up early and on the trains again for a webinar first thing. Top banana.
I saw a muscly chap going up the station stairs earlier like some kind of crab/cowboy hybrid, feet more or less 180 degrees to each other. He proceeded to walk normally after reaching the top of the stairs. Too many squats I’ll wager.
I left so early it was pitch black when I went out, and the m and s simply food wasn’t even open so I haven’t even had a chance to complain about not being able to eat a pastry and quaff a rod hull on the train.
I will be sure to buy a coffee to fling over my newly washed jumper though. It wouldn’t be right not to.
Games - no

The two twin top institutions Norwich University and University of East Anglia (Norglidge) are back so lots of students around. It’s almost like things are back to normal. A bad scene.

Surely webinars can be watched from home? Not looking forward to my first dark morning leave for work

Had a very vivid dream this morning about running around the west end after a party early on a Sunday - except it wasn't the west end - trying to buy my mate Andy a pair of pants as he'd shat himself in a corner shop after taking DMT.
Classic Andy.

Morning all,
QuitRageBlog. Nope, not having it, exactly how you are meant to research everything, build all the buildings you need, and keep the doom clock down is at best incredibly difficult and at worst taking a really great game and ruining it.
In related news I am not playing XCom 2 anymore.

Surely webinars can be watched from home? Not looking forward to my first dark morning leave for work This is an innovative new kind of webinar where everyone has to be there in person. Someone suggested calling it a 'meeting', based on the latin for webinar, meetus internetus.

Morning all.
Ah, I do enjoy the 8:00-8:15 shouting… For context, it’s the daily battle to get the boy dressed before school.
Gamesblog: yes! My PS4 still works! I played Untitled Goose Game. Said goose is an absolute arsehole.
TVblog: Community.

In related news I am not playing XCom 2 anymore. I've started xcom2 twice and quit both times for the same reason. Disappointing as the previous one was one of my favourites of the last gen.

Nope, not having it, exactly how you are meant to research everything, build all the buildings you need, and keep the doom clock down is at best incredibly difficult and at worst taking a really great game and ruining it. In related news I am not playing XCom 2 anymore. I've started xcom2 twice and quit both times for the same reason. Disappointing as the previous one was one of my favourites of the last gen. I understand the mechanic but perhaps it would be a good DLC. I've watched tutorials, visited forums. The advice seems to be. You need to build X first, but then you'll need to build a power relay and upgrade it. Then build Y and Z but you'll need (lists more things). Same for research but this is all predicated on the idea that it can be done quickly. Building the above takes weeks, meanwhile your troops are getting beaten up by superior enemy troops. "oh that's easy, just build...." Then the doom clock is two blocks off full. "don't worry, just hit some facilities". But I haven't got the comms up yet because I need all the other builds and researches. I'd love a more sandbox version. Being pushed by a doomclock feels more like a side challenge option or DLC.

Morning.
Up at 6.15 for a mooch round the local fuel-mongers for the 3rd time this weekend. This has taken on the same kind of routine as during the Great Hash Shortage of late '97. Half expected to find some scally trying to sell me a KFC bucket of meths and claiming it was Diesel. Eventually joined the queue and spent 30 minutes polluting Sainsburys carpark until I found a working pump. At no time did I 'Panic'.
Games! Some internet sourced file-buggery was required to delete the borked bushtrip in Flight Sim so I am off a crusade around the Balkans! Huzzah! At some point I may try the same for the Nevada trip, although the fix does involve deleting several hours gameplay, so i'm not there yet. Noticed Stean was doing a 60G update for SCUM so may have to have a look at that at some point and see whats changed.
OTTM - PM still walking like someone has shot her horse, but is able to get off the sofa now.

When I started the first X-Com I had no idea you needed to prioritise satellites from the start. It is not obvious that not building them quickly loses you the game. I played 2 or 3 games to the point of defeat before reading up on it.

Morning! The weather is well bum today, I'd hate to be stuck in a caravan. Games! Completed RE7 and I am now on a second playthrough to get the 2nd ending. It's a terrific game - lots of heads getting blown off & remote mine exploderising* etc... * amipal, take note.

My sis just bought me tickets to an indoor event, despite me saying I don't want to be going to indoor events at the moment. This will end well.

Blimey, I actually remember that. No stuff to puff. I don't remember that. Hmmm. Memory loss or blocking the trauma. The problems with a drought is that any old shite they couldn't sell previously gets dug up and 9 bars full of old tyre get bought and smoked. That's when the UK self grow market started in earnest. Not that I'd know any of this. I just read it on the internet or something. It's why it should be decriminalised.
