Is the 'Spoons in Croydon that much better than the 'Spoons in Wimborne? The George in Croydon is a shithole, not a patch on The Man In The Wall and marginally worse than The Quay in Poole.

The mother-in-law was given a jerrycan of petrol yesterday. It was sat in the porch when I went around to collect the boy.
Despite the lid being firmly on, it smelt incredibly noxious. I do like the smell of petrol, but usually on a filling-station forecourt it is quite diffuse.

Good day, I've been a bit quiet recently. Damned work and travelling into the big city. I need a (winning) lottery ticket Ganes: Stuck on the two kings in Demons at the moment. Those two are right shitters, though one is optional. I think I do now have a plan for Old King Allant. Don't know why Biorr buggers off after the dragon. Could've done with a hand. OTTM: About 12 episodes into Twin Peaks the Return. It's a salve for the soul. So, so good If you wanted to be a dirty Magic cheater (like Danky), you can just cast the poison cloud and hide befind the wall at the foot of the steps and repeat.

Hi
Decided it was time I got my fatty fudge arse off the chair and have just been for a long walk. I did stop at the butchers on the way back for some pork and tomato bangers so it wasn't a complete waste.
Lunchblog, golden vegetable cup-a-soup, ham sandwich.
OTTM, no.

Old King Doran tip
Use the stormruler sword.
Rile him up a bit so he chases you. Stay close enough to him that he doesn't turn back.
You have to retreat all the way back to the hut by the main passage. When gets there he will retreat. What you need to do is equip stormruler and stand between him and the mausoleum. Knock him backwards towards the blue eyed knight. He is stunned by stormruler so you can repeat this. Eventually you can send him flying down the stairs either in the middle or at the end. This kills hi and gives you his armour and ring. It's a bit clumsy, but it will work.
It is possible to kill him properly, but it's a pain as you hardly do him any damage with each hit regardless of your weapon

They were exactly the sort of boorish sexist comments that even as a joke the Guardian doesn't like at all.
Slap bang in the middle of a deletion. Not even close to onside.
There wasn't anything actually terrible that could be taken remotely seriously, but you've got to make a little effort.

Can confirm that FRANK has been a little overzealous as usual. Although, what the hell, Babyfark! Posting the video of your PUBG win that I had already watched? Don't think I'll be liking, commenting and subscribing until I see sweet new content. FRANK was right to call you out on that.

Morning
Been babysitting the youngest grandkid since yesterday. She's been grizzly all day until she found her way into the puppy crate, and settled down fine. Tempted to post pics on Mumsnet. I might be offline for a while.
Games? No. I have a hankering for a late one in flightsim tonight though. It is so much more immersive with a dark room and decent cans.

We keep getting emails from the school about COVID cases. “If it affects you and your child, you will already have been notified.”
Hmm.

Just made this for dinner tonight*, easy and extremely tasty. 4* 200ml natural yoghurt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp ground turmeric ½ tsp chilli powder 2 garlic cloves, peeled and grated 600g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 3cm pieces 2 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced 20g fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped Mix the yoghurt, salt, spices and garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces, turn until well coated, then leave to marinate while you prepare the curry base. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add the tomatoes and cook over a medium heat for five minutes, until they start to soften. Add the marinated chicken and any excess marinade, mix well, then bring to a boil, cover and cook over a medium to low heat for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve. <edit>didn't have any fresh tomatoes so used some from a tin. <edit><edit>also if you are using tinned tomatoes, which have more liquid, be careful when you add them to the hot oil if you plan to keep your eyebrows. *recipe from the Other place

Someone round our way is rather selfishly having a house fire and we've had to close our windows due to the smell. I do hope they're ok.
So I can go round later and give them a piece of my mind. In saying that, I've not much to spare.
