So if I've understood this right, Amipal and David Cameron had sex in the mayor of Florence's car in 2015?!
Eeeh, I'll go t'foot of our stairs.

Went with mackerel for lunch instead. So it's bangers, mash, veggies and gravy tonight! Someone in my office has mackerel for lunch today, and was on holiday last week. If you happen to work with a grumpy bearded bloke who posts on here and has a seal for an avatar, I strongly advise you not to fucking open that stinking fucking can. Pfft, mine was fresh (smoked) mackerel, not from a tin. (although I do like the tinned mackerel too).

According to the BBC, delegates dining at COP26 are learning about the carbon footprint of their meals on each of the conference menus.
Apparently a croissant is listed as having a slightly bigger carbon footprint than a bacon roll.
Hah! In your face Macron!

The croissants must contain a lot of butter. Either that or it is a disappointingly small bacon roll. Or both.

Let's hope at least the oil they're deep frying everything in is locally sourced.

My pal used to be a chef. His pal is in charge of the catering for it. They had to source a certain percentage of the food within 30 miles.

From Kent Online: "A new fine-dining restaurant offering lobster and duck on the menu has received a one-star food hygiene rating." Oooh Lobster and Duck. and Food Poisoning - instead of a Michelin star, they get a bust of Lucullus* *remembered as a notorious gourmet "What, did not you know, then, that today Lucullus dines with Lucullus?" he accumulated enough wealth to indulge his interest in food once that cunt, that selfish bastard Pompey had manoeuvred Lucullus out of command in the Pontine Wars against Mithridates. He was a very effective general with many largely successful campaigns in Africa and Asia. scamander will doubtless tell me this is a load of tosh, but Sulla, Caesar and Pompey destroyed the Republic.

tenthenemy Talk to me about turnip prices! I've gone all* in this week and just remembered. The child asked me earlier "Dad, have you pre-ordered the new DLC for animal crossing?" *Not all, but a fair investment.

The child asked me earlier "Dad, have you pre-ordered the new DLC for animal crossing?" Well don't keep us in suspense man. Have you? Yes. Yes I did. They wanted £44 to include the N64 games. So fuck that. Bought the dlc (had £4 in coins) and I'll see if I can get the rest cheaper from cdkeys etc in a few months.
