I don't think I've ever had a Starbar A Starbar's nice. Better than a Snickers (in my opinion). On level pegging with a Reese's Nutrageous. Maybe just edging it.

No mention of the humble Picnic bar?

I think the Picnic has raisins in, much like a Fuse.
Not for me.

I thought 'Lionising' meant 'acting like a lion'.
I typed it. I deleted it...

A starbar is like a chocolate bar version of a beef wellington.
"The product is also sold in Canada and Germany under the name Wunderbar"
That's a much better name.

I'm a Boost guy myself. I am extremely Boost-centric.

Boost is possibly top 5. Toffee Crisp would probably place somewhere 6 - 10

Boost Twirl Crunchie Bounty Lion
No messing about - just traditional British standards for me, as I learned at my grandfather's knee.

All that coconut - it's at least one of your 5 a day. Did you ever try the Coconut Boost? I had one or two. They weren't for me.

All that coconut - it's at least one of your 5 a day. Did you ever try the Coconut Boost? I had one or two. They weren't for me. Same. The Biscuit Boost was by far the best, so it was no surprise when the boffins decided to do away with the other variants and make that one the standard.

hi ... I went to McDonald's for lunch. I had a McPlant burger. It was ok. It tasted a lot like what I remember a generic McDonald's meat burger to taste like. I also had a milkshake. Well, half of one. It was so thick I began to resent trying to suck it up the straw. Thick as Tuffers? Hate crime.

They sent an amateur Nursey today - the guy that is my regular nurse takes 70-8 mins to do the ritual destruction and cleansing of the wounds. Speed and thoroughness are vital as the pain increases exponentially the longer the wounds are exposed. When it's an inexperienced nurse they try to be gentle because it's obvious that, in spite of morphine, it's going to be hellish painful. I then have to insist that they redo that stage much harder notwithstanding my unmanly whimpering. Why? Because if the filth on the wounds isn't removed the bacteria left gets into my bloodstream - which then infects organs, e.g. kidneys and liver* and that's why I have had 5 separate bouts of septic shock over the last eight years or so. Some light relief is needed ... *It's just offal

Just shat in a tub and sent it* to the Scottish bowel screening mob. What have you ever done? Get older with grace they say. *A sample - not the whole thing. I have a tub waiting for me to do the same thing, or the English equivalent. Am wondering if i can get away with sending one of the pups efforts instead. They may well ask me in to report for a distemper jab though. Seems i'm at that age when the medical profession has just found out i exist and are making up for lost time. God help me when they find out i've not been to a dentist since 1977.

God help me when they find out i've not been to a dentist since 1977. Coincidentally, 1977 may have been the last time felice had a marathon Edit: I know it was the 80's. I vaguely remember them being called that
