Rainy this morning. Fortunately I had rescued the bins after collection earlier when it was less wet.
Long afternoon Twitch session finishing Alice: Madness Returns, followed by a continued playthrough of Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion where we cleared a cool 400 floors to reach floor 700. I think I fell asleep during the final boss battle in Alice.
I need to get more sleep at night or I will turn into Oz.

I was aware that most smartphones have the FM chip built in, but manufacturers predominantly disable it. And finding an app that uses the actual FM chip for radio (rather than over data) is almost impossible. (NextRadio seems to have disappeared from the Google Store) However the Note 10 comes with its own FM tuner app (albeit buried in the Tools submenu) |

Of course that doesn't get over the manufacturer disabling the chip or the fact that many new smartphones don't have a headphone jack (required to act as the aerial).

Every phone I've owned for years has had FM radio and a built in app, surely that's standard. Except maybe a work iPhone I once had to suffer. If you mean IPhone's are shit, then I agree.

Interesting, although I can't be bothered with using wired headphones. You could try downloading the app for Simple Radio, you can then pick and choose all of your favourite stations in one place (quote/unquote etc) |

Although I have a Samsung note 10+ 5g I can still use wired headphones, they have changed it from a 3.5 to a type C and it uses the same port as the charger. (I could charge with wireless if I need to). |
