There is also a strong ethno-nationalism in Russia and plenty of racism of various sorts. However, as with Serbia the legacy of WW2 means that open neo-Nazism is not really an option. It doesn't necessarily make them better people than the Ukrainian right. It's just that their flags and songs are unlikely to feature Nazi imagery.
