My phone is at least 4 years old. I have to restart it multiple times a day as it crashes, or apps stop working. Sometimes when I restart it it takes up to 20 minutes to turn back on. In the last couple of days it's stopped charging properly. I'm not getting a new phone Have you thought about deleting the pron on it? Release some memory?
Might work. I don't know, as I am not an MP.

It started with the phone charge cable needing a bit of a twist for the charging icon to appear. Then I needed to really ram the thing in and leave it there before it would charge. Then after a while I had to ram the cable in and twist upwards and then rest against a music speaker on the kitchen worktop. Now I have to add a 5kg weight on top of the speaker to provide enough resistance to keep the cable in the right position. But I refuse to buy a new phone. I had this problem. Had to get one of those wireless chargers instead. It's fine for home, but a bit of a hassle to lug around compared to a simple cable. |

My Google Pixel 4a does not allow wireless charging without a special adapter, which yes, you guessed it plugs into the broken socket.
Quick game of Tarkov at lunch and I met an opponent early on for whom I stupidly opted for the shotgun intend of the RFB. He was so far away it took 8 hits to take him down. I was pretty damaged so had to limp across the map to extract killing another 5 scavs on the way. He was only level 12 too.

I blame him for being Boris Johnson; although I confess to preferring women politicians - even though there are examples of venal female politicians, my feeling is that there are fewer of them. My 3 favourite female politicians were Mo Mowlem, Cheryl Gillan and Nicola Sturgeon. Cheryl makes it in because she and her husband used behave like normal human beings in my local in Old Amersham when they dropped in on a Sunday... |

It doesn't have to be me who's leading the country, there are plenty of other people with better hair than Johnson's. Still, thanks for the vote of confidence, Chumbles . When you think about it most people would probably do a better job than the current government, including 'boxers. Female politicians are no better than male ones; they can be as stupid, corrupt, and mendacious as any man. The only crucial difference is that they don't come with built-in male privilege and entitlement. |
