Morning Homs!
I'm beyond moribund. Out of juice. Knackered. Knacked off. Whacked out. And the Tesco shop is coming soon. Too many things in the Terrysphere.
Thoughts - if a bungbelow is only the ground floor of a house, is a bungabove only the first floor? Food for thought.
Footage from one of my business innovation webinars has leaked:

You should have heard what I said about Tuffers after ejecting him from the Team call.

Morning, Today I have been telling colleagues to "draw a line under it and move on", even if it doesn't fit the context of the conversation.
I may have been asked to stop. More than once.

Did they ask you to draw a line under it and move on? No. Disappointingly. I set it up for them on a plate. All they had to do was just roll it into an empty net.

Quite a weird headline given some of the quotes in the article, eg:
She added: “At a population level MUP appears to be having positive benefits. We’ve seen a sustained decrease in how much we are drinking overall since the policy was implemented. Alongside this there have been encouraging reductions in hospital admissions from alcohol-related liver conditions and an initial 10% fewer alcohol-related deaths in 2019.”

I celebrated medium drink Monday by drinking all my La Trappe Blonde.
I am regretting that Amazon has put the price up from £37 for 24 bottles to £53.
Also they have put it in to my everyday essentials list.
At £37 for 24 bottles of good Trappist beer it is very good value. I will wait for a price fall.
I have some Tynt Meadow which will keep the wolf from the door. Also some non-Trappist beer.

Breaking news: Tuffers is a massive bellend. It’s not really breaking news, is it? PS. I love you really Tuffers.

Not Trappist but very nice. Duvel Plus.

Duvrl Triple hop is Duvel plus.
I'm not so keen on the dubbel style. I prefer blonde beers in general. The dubbels sit a bit heavy after a few.
Also Westmalle is a Trappist beer.

Last night for dinner I felt pressured by the use by date of a packet of chili seasoned tempeh bits and some ancient tenderstem broccoli to combine the two into a stir fry. I got the tempeh as part of a stir fry meal deal because all the bits of dead animal were sold out and it had been languishing in my fridge for a while.
It was... edible. I've had tempeh before and liked it but this was more miss than hit. The stuff got burnt in the wok rather than fried and the worst thing was that I felt that it gave me a touch of halitosis that no amount of brushing with minty fresh toothpaste has been able to dispel. I had another look at the reviews and it looks as if people either love it or hate it. Turns out I'm a hater.
I will stick to bits of dead animals in the future.
No stars.

Tempeh:
"For many, the unadulterated flavour is somewhat difficult, a combination of nuts and mushrooms with an underpinning of bitterness and perhaps also a challenging cheesiness....".
Sounds, nice?
