It’s all gone wrong for me at work. I have someone I line-manage who seems to think I’m a cross between Cosmo Kramer and Hitler. Maybe she’s right. Man … She specialises in sending me hurtful emails. I’m considering getting an Occupational Health form I can weaponise - saying how the thought of another day dealing with her makes me dry retch at my desk. Can you go back to your old job/ department? |

It’s all gone wrong for me at work. I have someone I line-manage who seems to think I’m a cross between Cosmo Kramer and Hitler. Maybe she’s right. Man … She specialises in sending me hurtful emails. I’m considering getting an Occupational Health form I can weaponise - saying how the thought of another day dealing with her makes me dry retch at my desk. I had a situation like this a couple of years ago. It was not good. Nothing wrong with getting some confidential advice from HR. |

I thought they might struggle tonight, but not like that. I was out so I only saw the last 10 minutes. It was already 7-0. |

She probably has psychological issues that are going to require counselling, and possibly intervention. That will make it plain to senior management that there's a problem, neutralizing any fall out should she start telling porky pies about you. Don't let her get away with covert harassment. |
