I don’t really like accompaniments with cheese. It’s nice to eat it in a big chunk, as if it is a Mars Bar.
An oat cake is also nice.

Gherkins are delicious. The problem is that they’re not very nice with the beer or the wine which would also ideally be accompanying the cheese.

I suppose my ideal cheese sandwich would be a toasted cheese sandwich, and it’s easy to over-complicate one of those.
Added mushroom is nice. As is added gherkin.
A small portion of ketchup for dippin’ though. It adds another 30 percent of quality.
