Morning all. Last night I learned that an old friend of ours, who was at home receiving palliative care and who we were due to see tomorrow, died yesterday morning, his wife by his side. Very sad, but I can't help but think it must be something of a release for his wife who has cared for him for all this time since he had a massive stroke nearly fifteen years ago, Sorry to hear this Destry. |

The weekend was quiet for me. I watched Strictly Come Dancing, I played Fortnite. I watched a programme called ‘How to - with John Wilson’, which I liked. And another called ‘Babylon Berlin’.
There’s more. I finished a book called ‘Nightmares of an ether drinker’ and I went to the pictures to see ‘The Banshees of Inesherin’. It was all pretty good, entertainment-wise.
