There’s not a single book in the garage - just a big pile of old cardboard, a bag of builders sand that gone hard, and a rusting barbecue. |

Finished Marvel Midnight Suns, 97 hours a lot of fun. 4*
Started High on Life and stopped 30 minutes later, horrible shooting also even though I like Rick and Morty/Solar Opposites the talking gun was annoying.
Downloading Baldur's Gate 3* as we speak.
*Early access, bought it ages ago and there has ben several updates since then.

I'm waiting for the blanket boys... it's a right pain in the buttocks. I spent my two free hours listening to an audio book where half the action is from a werewolf's nose point - utter bollocks, but I don't object to an extra hours' kip... I reckon that this bookshelves are made for nonsense like that. |

Baldur's Gate 3 I have and would play if I could but I am useless with a trackball driven keyboard or controller. Baldur's Gate 3 has the most spectacular opening sequence ever and its combination with the tutorial is wonderfully done. 4*+ |

Spoke to a surgeon, gallbladder is coming out, going to be scheduled for after our honeymoon, and PM is going to be prescribed enough oramorph to last until then. At one point she was told that it wasn’t going to be taken out and she’d have to manage the pain with paracetamol. This is despite being regularly given 20-30ml of morphine every 4ish hours and which is only just managing the pain.
She was so upset when I arrived, and she’s perked right up after that news, and it looks like she’s coming home tonight.

Gate problems are the worst. Bought new mat for outside the front door. The mat then stopped the gate opening. Can't raise the gate as the gate latch goes into a stone post and would mean drilling into the stone. So took gate off to cut a couple of inches off the bottom of it. It's been in back garden now for about a year and still waiting to be sawn.

Sausage and lentil casserole in the oven. And found a bottle of red wine left over from Xmas in the garage, to hopefully numb my withdrawal from the prescription smack later
And whoever said they were playing it takes two - good on you, I had a scream playing that with my daughter last time we all had covid. Good Times. (I've also seen a video of my nephew playing the game quite successfully by himself on PS5 with a controller in each hand, the prehensile little oddball)
