Sad to hear that Ken Bruce is retiring from Beeb2; His Popmaster chairing is going to be really hard to match, as is his speedy wit: 'Mr Bruce made the announcement live on air, going on to say that it was "entirely my decision" and that new career opportunities had come about. Who else buys more books than they can ever read? *
I started watching Cold Skin on horrorextra. Reading reviews on imdb I learned that it's based on an award winning debut novel (translated to 37 languages) by Albert Sánchez Piño.
I then found a second hand copy of the book on ebay for less than 3 quid delivered and ordered it.
Will I read it? I like to think so, but who knows?.
So many books, so little time...
* Sheep2 obviously, but who else?
