We were going to go to Lewes on Saturday but realised, when we got to the station, that the train to Lewes was taking all the Brighton and Hove Albion fans to their home ground. That’s all I’ve got. We turned around and went to Hove instead. Brighton fans are pretty well behaved The train to Falmer would be ok. They are a very middle class club. Like Southampton. Very few rough sorts. They would not down 4 cans of white lightning and snort a gram of coke on the 10 minute journey.

I would like to buy a football club and ban all fans from the ground. The stands would be emptied of seats and made from polished obsidian. Football Manager 2020 won’t let me do this. A missed opportunity.

Bournemouth are pretty middle class as well. It is a south coast thing possibly.
Except for Portsmouth who are salt of the sea, as rough as anywhere, but generally ok unless you are a Southampton fan.
Hooting and chanting is just what football fans do on trains. It's a primal thing. The excitement of a station and being on a train. I'm amazed more non fans do not hoot on trains*.
* They do on the Friday trains out of Euston. The later trains are a proper experience.

I might get on a train just for the sheer pleasure of hooting.

International rugby fans on trains are where it's at. Pissed out of their minds, but generally content with a few well-delivered traditional songs while they munch their oatcakes.

I saw a man emerge from a side-street yesterday. He was following this couple. He had a broad Birmingham event and was shouting:
‘Disgusting? Well you’ve got a fat arse … And your girlfriend’s got a fat arse too … Words are my weapons bro’.
You had to be there …

Your brain is a calculating machine of unparalleled power? I've been randomly selecting from a pattern XXVXV where X is a consonant and V a vowel splitting off T or H, N or G to widen the exclusion.

Then I got fucked off with that and used WordHippo instead. I do believe that the defence should re-read some of it's submissions to the Court late last night.

wordle chat. three main vowels and two random letters for my starting word, two other vowels plus letters for my backup/second word, random choice for my third word. (I didn't use a quantum computer - other than my own brain).

Morning
A beautiful day out there. Although I am not going anywhere.
Last night I watched 2 (TWO) films. They're both really recent so you've probably never heard of them. First was The Day After Tomorrow - a thinly disguised propaganda film by the looney left climate hippies. Second was Risky Business starring a young up and coming actor called Thomas Cruise Mapother IV - the main characters parents leave him home alone and much hilarity ensues.
Games - none. A full weekend off from The Game That Cannot Be Named. Hoping to get back on it tonight.
Lunchblog - cheese* salad sandwich with lashings of salad cream.
OTTM, no.

I just choose a word, innit. Not innit though. A variety of words mostly using the most common vowels and consonants.
Sometimes I use guesses based on what I think other people (usually Shenguin) have done. Not today though.

That does look familiar. Is that a Brute? I killed one near the start of chapter 4, but then one of his pals tore me to shreds after I went up the elevator to floor 2. Bit rude of him tbh, I'm just trying to reroute power from electrical systems.

I killed him first go as I am well bad.

Games. I'm getting battered by some Chinese tanks in BF4. I got past this section previously - but it was probably on easy *ahem*.
Quite annoying and bored of it now. Another crack tonight.
TV. Happy Valley. Was ok I suppose. Had hoped Ryan would get shot. Got the next TLOU for tomorrows commute.
