We had the school hampster for a week recently and now we have decided to get our own. Any Box advice on the matter is welcome. I am thinking a Syrian? I think it's Ukrainians this year. Not sure you are allowed to keep them caged and running on a wheel for your electric though. |

Morning all! Probably me next
I’m headed to a meet and greet organised by the Swaffham innovation network events team.
It will put me firmly in the orbit of Long Barry, who is a big mover and shaker, with the power to hire and fire Terry on a whim (not fire - he’s not my boss, but you get the picture). I’m hoping he won’t notice/recognise me due to the ravages of time.
Had a quick ounce of bounce to steady my nerves

crankcallerA USB to 9-pin adapter is it? To use a USB mouse on an Amiga/Atari? The comments below are interesting (to me, anyway), and really cement in my mind that a direct-to-chipset mouse will always fee nicer than one that has to go through various protocols and APIs.

I’ve just been at a course on Inclusive Leadership.
It was ok. I took some notes but not all the notes. My mind was elsewhere really. I was getting a lot of texts from the pm about stuff that hasn’t been done in the flat. Shelves not fitted and so on.
I was a bit hasty in getting up and leaving this training to be honest. I probably looked like the middle-aged white man who thought it was all a load of bloody nonsense.
Not much happening. On the way back to work.

No go. Balls
I have tried it all the ways and it just won't get beyond the calibration where it switches off. When I turn it back on it wants to calibrate.
The 3D visuals on it aren't massively convincing at this point.
I switch it on. Mostly it tells me to take the headset off and follow instructions on the screen. I do this. It tells me to put headset on and shortly afterwards switches off.

I have got as far as getting the earphones in and starting the eye calibration bit. But not every time.
I left it on overnight. It looks like it is charging, but this lunchtime it was just the same
I have been in touch with Sony help and I am returning it for a replacement one.
I do not know when this will arrive.
Four Stars. Recommended

Poor sheep, getting all excited for vr tentacles and then not getting himself any gratification.
Should we be worried about tuffers as his seemed to be working? Exhaustion can be dangerous.

My PSVR2 works great. Easy 5 minute set up that even a chimpanzees could manage. Looking forward to some more kayaking later. Might even try the Horizon free demo. There's a star wars game for nerds too. GT7 appears to have gone up in price, hmmmm...
