Lunch was beans and scrambled eggs on toast. Beans needed used up. Started scrambling eggs in the microwave. 1m45s - no messy pots Fantastic. I’ve started adding a dash of rice wine vinegar to my scrabbled eggs. Makes them fluffier, because of SCIENCE. |

Pretty certain it was his own fault, for involving a 7y-o Canadian girl in his experiments. Edit: also pretty sure it's to do with the acid making the proteins in the albumen start to clump before the heating process, changing the texture and meaning the eggs don't have to be cooked for as long. |
