From yesterday: Bit “holier than thou” init? It’s like they’ve taken a bad thing and flipped it into something positive for the Guardian brand. Feels a bit off. There’s a huge difference between a newspaper apologising for its role and a nation doing so, isn’t it? The Guardian doesn’t have to worry about geopolitical implications for a start. |

Tired.
On the trains. After a big sprint to make train1.
Games. The Division 2. Dark Zone with randoms on heroic. Clearing landmarks. Did 2 solo extracts and 2 in a group. Good fun when no cunt is killing you and stealing your stuff.
I seem to have a sore throat. Which is surprising after spending an evening in a school full of children & parents.
Need coffee.

Lords Of The Fallen
I restarted this after a 9 year gap.
I remember why it was both awful and really good.
There were a couple of speech dropouts on the PS5. Also the backgrounds don't look quite right. It is a sub-Souls Souls copy.
I might actually complete it this time. Unless I get stuck on the same boss as before.
Diablo 2
I restarted this as well. I had it on PC when it first came out. Never got very far.
I found all the modes a bit weird. I just want to play the game not be involved in some odd league.
My barbarian is pretty powerful. Levelled up a bit. Killed the first two bosses. The ones that are basically a tutorial.

I’m in a branch of Pizza Hut. I was about to walk past when an image caught my eye: The image of folded pizza with fries and unlimited salad. Actually the salad was alluded to in some jazzy text below.
I had to come in.
I’ve eaten one bowl of salad. Don’t want to spoil the pizza though - the folded pizza.

I don’t know what it is about Pizza Hut. Maybe it’s just that branch.
I just began to feel really desolate in there. Maybe they put sadness in the potato salad mayonnaise.
The melt / folded pizza was ok. Timo’s was better. It can’t be denied…
