I've gone pretty much vegetarian and found a couple who have a small holding about a mile out of town who deliver weekly organic vegetable boxes. This weeks had chard in it. Chard is very much new to me but I found a recipe for chard, leek and blue cheese tart. The jury is still out on whether I like chard or not.

Sunny here too. Been fitting mudguards on the the pm & child's bikes.
Really need to clear out the piles of rubbish in the garage. It's a fucking disgrace and there's no room to store the bikes easily.
Don't think I've ever had chard. That sounds nice though.

Hello all!
Today, we’ve travelled to Hastings, the ancestral home of my partner’s mum. She has a holiday home there now, and this is our first time staying in it.
Been for a walk in the nearby-woods, and made friends with a cat. Dinner is M&S Chinese bits. 4*
Carblog: the 37 miles have taken 19% of the battery - plenty left for travelling around and getting home.
TVblog: There isn’t a TV here yet. But last night, I got through three (THREE!) episodes of DS9, including the superb fifth-series-finally “Call to Arms”.

I walked up a hill today ... At the top I gazed at a house I assumed to be Balmoral Castle. Actually it was Invercauld Castle. Or Invercauld House … I lay down on a mossy knoll after that. Then walked down the hill. Well actually I lay down on the knoll about a quarter of the way down the hill.
After this there was some low level mooching, in Braemar. Nice place. I’m there now. Here now.
