I was to write down the ingredients for all the meals I'm making for the shopping last night and leave it so the pm could order while I was out. I forgot to include a lime for the salsa I was making for tonight. I had one fucking job. Well, apart from cooking all the stuff obviously. |

Just poached a couple of chicken breasts ready to fry wrapped in Prosciutto later, served with fried potatoes and asparagus.

I've just grilled a large skinless chicken breast which I coated with ranch dressing black pepper and mixed herbs, then cooked left over spinach and ricotta tortellini and veg mix in the wok with a dash of oil, cut the chicken in half lengthwise and shredded half into the wok then half covered with water for 6-10 mins, then added a sprinkle of chicken Bisto and stirred it in.
then I ate the lot, half the chicken breast with the tortellini mix, I'm full.
I am now drinking coffee in the misguided belief that it will help my digestion.

A couple of months ago I mentioned on a team call that everyone working from home meant no one picks up anything by osmosis just from being in the office and overhearing stuff. She rang me after and asked if I could teach her how to do osmosis. |
