Morning all!
The place - the Trains, the time - yesterday. A young lady was giving it all that on the phone, including announcing in a very loud voice that she had “had my bloods done, had my STDs done, it was all clear”. Top banana.
The trains - an oasis of calm in a world gone mad.

The 68k conversions of Mortal Kombat (MegaDrive, Amiga) were the most true to the original arcade game, as they used the original code for all the moves. Just a shame that the Amiga version was limited to a single-button joystick. 🙄 |

I thought the first multiple choice question on the SAT wasn't very good. I can see why people chose crept in quietly. The question about Austin is fair. You just have to take the information from two separate sentences. An 11 year-old should be able to do that. |

I finished watching Dune (2021) a few days ago, it was terribly hard to get into when mildly leathered. "The Arachnids", "The House of Fraser", couldn't make sense of it all. So I rewatched it sober, and it was mind-bendingly boring.

So I rewatched it sober, and it was mind-bendingly boring. Well watch it properly pissed then. Always makes films better. I'd exclude Kill List. Being drunk makes it confusing. Well not exactly.
