I was in bed this morning, getting my last half hour of slumber, when the pm told me the toilet flush wasn’t working.
We had a new bathroom fitted and were persuaded that a toilet with concealed cistern would be fine. I’m not sure. I had to get up and cut round the sealant and remove a tile panel then reach in and …
How do you over-engineer a toilet? I was clueless as to what I was looking at.
The flush lever had come away from the other side.

Getting my bloods done again. Not the STDs (this time)
By the looks of the leaflets I’ve been given I’m getting approximately 5 flagons of blood taken. So look forward to some avant garde Tazza Dazza posts later.

9-5 for the week, traffic just takes any of the benefits of not have to be up for earlies away mostly.

So the train I usually get to work is the 0825. This is a "fast" train i.e. limited stops. Scotrail changed their timetable yesterday and removed fast trains outwith peak hours. Fair enough thought I.
Apparently the 0825 isn't peak time. I await my peak time ticket refund. So I'm now going to have to get up 30 mins earlier when I'm in the office.

Helped with planting up of the planters in town ready for the RHS Britain in Bloom competition. It's very technical regarding the planting. Good fun lovely weather for it.

Zelda - planning on sneak king in a quick rustle on the switch during the afternoon.
Dreams last night were deeply confused. I dreamt I was running a high end hotel in Arabia and for some reason the lights outside a room weren’t working and needed fixed. Bit odd.
