Celery salt adds some extra tang, if you can get it.
Tabasco is a must..... i had some Italian Hot Sauce, which refused to disperse into the drink, and so lurked around the bottom of the glass like some lethal globular depth-charge waiting to hit the back of the throat. Never again... keep that crap for the pizza.
