Tuffers there, culturally appropriating our fillums and fancying our wimmen. Breathing arrogance. I also like Gregory's Girl, the only other Scotch fillum ever made.

I’ve been to the dentists. Had a friendly chat with the receptionist, a good poke-around-the-gums with the dentist, and back home within half an hour.

470 people die of 'teeth' in 1632, and all of a sudden you're all panicking and running to the dentist?

470 people die of 'teeth' in 1632, and all of a sudden you're all panicking and running to the dentist? Apparently it means children who died at the age of 'teething'. Probably due to infections or summink. I don't know, I googled it when I was a wee bit pished.*

I am intrigued by the fried all-day breakfast image posted by Felice Landry yesterday. It looks as if the egg has been trimmed on one edge for aesthetic effect. Also … as if there is a calcified, glittering farfalle pasta bow between the sausage and the bacon. Also - what is the half-moon on the left of the plate? It looks like an omelette but I guess it’s fried mashed potato, because there is already egg on the plate. I was pleased to see that it was on a plate. Online debate some years back and it seemed people mainly use bowles for eating rather than plates. Mainly American I think but a lot were Brits. I still use a plate at a table to eat rather than a couch so I'm probably a minority.

Having the lot out?
Very 1930s. My gran had all her teeth out when she was 21. She did not die of teeth. Malnutrition through not being able to chew solid food.

There were 2 eggs, one each, it is fried mash and the pasta shape thing is the plate decoration.

Crikey.
I've now switched over to ITV4 to watch Death Wish 3 (1985) starring a young Mr Tiddles, and low and behold a very young Bill S Preston, Esq. playing a hoodlum just leapt onto a fast moving cars windscreen.
Party on dude!
