Schools are back here.
The child has left the building.
Last year of Primary school. Crikey.
My shoulder blade is sore again. Partly from lugging too much stuff to and from the office.
I have "converted" the kitchen table into a standing desk with the aid of a laptop stand, a drmartins box, an oculus rift box and a frustration™ box. Just like you se those Instagram influencers doing. Oh.

My friend has dropped loads of cash on a Surface Pro, but from looking at the specs it's rubbish for gaming.

I still have my family in the house. It's not a good time to work from home. At least the sun is out. I've started watching True Detective again. My friend has dropped loads of cash on a Surface Pro, but from looking at the specs it's rubbish for gaming. I've started watching True Detective for the first time. I think I'm closish to the end of season1. Are the other seasons good too?

Series 2 is a solid 4 stars, not as good as 1 though. Series 3 is apparently very good (between 1 and 2) but I have yet to watch it. |

Having googled it, in my head I'm confusing True Detective with Fargo.
S3 of TD was better than S2, but not better than S1. IMNSHO.

I liked the first series of True Detective, but they brought in all the ‘King in Yellow’ references then … I remember thinking the end was a cop out …
And the writer blatantly plagiarised Thomas Ligotti. And it wasn’t even one of the good books he plagiarised.
I haven’t watched the second series …
