I bought a succulent for the pm. I overwatered it and it died. I bought a replacement, haven’t watered it at all and now it seems to be dying.
Not good.
I had a good weekend. My sister came round for dinner and it was fairly convivial. On Saturday I went and made gin. On Sunday I saw ‘Napoleon’, then yesterday I went to a Boeing 737 simulator and pretended I was flying along the Spanish coast.
Pretty good. I’d hoped to be able to simulate flying into Mount Everest or maybe Erta Ale in Ethopia. The co-pilot was very serious though. I didn’t want to let him down.

I refuse to buy Microsoft Flight Simulator as they don't let you fly planes into buildings and cause explosions and death.
Although, maybe there is a mod for that now...

The worst thing to come out of 9/11 is you can't buy cheap booze in the country and carry it on board. Has to go in your luggage. Yes, worse than all the folks dying.
Had a bottle of red at the weekend we brought back from Paris and didn't have room for more. It of course was lovely.
9/11 was probably financed by Dufry who own all the duty free shops. Paging Tuffers.

Had a dream a few nights ago where I became aware of a song playing. In my dream I stopped and listened to it. It was a well known song. It was still playing in my head when I woke up and I thought I should look up the lyrics to see if they had any significance. Alas I should have written the title of the song down as now I can't remember it.
