Baldurs gate now on Xbox. Is it like playing Witcher 3 or something very different. It looks like something very different ? Siting on the fence as not sure I'll enjoy playing it. Combat is turned based so that could take a while to get used to, I really like it. The story, characters and the voice acting are brilliant, my only advice is to save scum all the way through. |

No work for 11 days. Yay!
I'm going for a walk. Not to Tesco or any other crowded areas. Then I plan to play childish computer games and maybe watch Arsenal v Liverpool laterz.

Taken the plunge with Baldy's Grate. Only 5 hours 54 mins till play time. It's nice to have some one to blame when your disappointed with something. In this case it's Faceless and Felice.

It's absolutely grim outside. I know this as I went to the shops.
Traditionally as a youth a Mon Xmas day meant you could go out Sat, Xmas Eve, Xmas night. Will not be going anywhere tonight.
The PM and child have gone to the in-laws. I'm going tomorrow. Some games/TV now and an early-ish night. Got lentil soup out the freezer to avoid more takeaway.

So it turns out a lot of the shops are over the whole Christmas thing already. I've got a list of things I'm supposed to bring on Christmas day, but everywhere is out of stock.
A pack of chocolate hobnobs is a suitable substitute for a yule log, right?

I got ahead of the game this year and got all my presents sorted a couple of days ago. Need to wrap them and do a last minute food and booze shop. I'm just holding out until boxing day when I've got the entire day to myself with fuck all to do. Can't wait
