hi
I’ve entered a claypot noodle and skewer specialist. Will the soup / noodles I’ve chosen be vegetarian? I hope so. But I bet they won’t. There was no ‘v’ in brackets next to my choice, though the people serving have assured me they are. That they are vegetarian.
Hmmm.
I genuinely don’t like the taste of chicken. I think vegetarian translates badly from Cantonese.
I have a vegetarian haggis in my bag. Maybe I just stop dallying with traditionally non-vegetarian foodstuffs…

A steak or bowl of mussels I could handle. If I’d made that conscious choice. It’s the psychological hinterland of a soup possibly made with chicken broth ...
I also just really hate chicken.

Thanks for listening.
I nearly dropped the F-bomb, about the chicken. That’s how much I dislike it.

I also dont like chicken, I tried a fresh one straight from the super nice farm in france where it had roamed free, but it wasnt very nice. So I figure thats about as good as it could get. My friend had chicken beak soup in China so Lazy is right to be worried.

Ive only eaten meat for a year or two. But Pig meat seems to be the best. All the cured meats. Or Beef tartare was quite good

There was an Ostrich burger van on every high street for a while as it was marketed as a healthy meat. Investing in Ostrich farms was a shit investment way before BTC. It was also absolutely disgusting, hence no more Ostrich burgers.

Chicken I suspect I am an appalling food snob.
A good free range bird that has lived is fine. It actually has some flavour. Ideally it has to actually have been outside, not just one of those with access. I'm not keen on battery chickens either for taste of welfare. I try not to buy chicken or pork unless it is free range.
Cheap water bloated chicken just isn't nice anyway
