I have been watching Halo on Paramount+. However on my Fire TV there are no captions for the alien dialogue. Turning on subtitles doesn't help - "speaking alien language" - If I watch on my laptop the captions are there.
Given that the alien covenant scenes provide much of the story's exposition this seems to be a major flaw.
Fuck you Paramount.

We watched Bottoms earlier on Amazon Prime.
It amused. It had the Sidney girl from The Bear in a lead role.

I've been rewatching 'Peep Show'. It's like the people who made it watched 'Succession' and thought to themselves 'I could do that 4 times better for a quarter of the price'. Croydon looks amazing in it. You guys should check it out.

The PM & Child have gone out for the day as they're off to see Charlie & Choc Factory musical and then food.
I'm about to clean the bathroom and make a chicken Casserole for the freezer. Then some games.
I'm looking at takeaway for later and the place nearby are doing a bogof offer on pizzas & burgers. I don't *need* two pizzas or burgers but it's a bargain. What's least likely to kill you reheated tomorrow? Pepperoni pizza?
