Just logged on to HMRC. £203.85 pw according to my State Pension Summary (assuming I was at state pension age today) and says I can't accrue any more. Think it's 35 years if you started post 2016. You get credits for pre 2016. Sexy pensions chat. Nice. |

The good news is by the time you are reaching retirement age it will be mid-late 70s and £200 per week will buy 1 small non-premium cheese sandwich.
On the plus side global warming will mean you don't need the heating you definitely can't afford on.

I don't think I've read any Christopher Priest books, but I did once watch The Prestige.
Though his name and the covers of his books are sufficiently familiar that it wouldn't surprise me if I were to read one and realise thirty pages in that I'd read it before.

Getting a bit windy round here. Happened last bin day as well….. bog-roll tubes and empty cans everywhere. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it.
Windows got cleaned. Neighbour decided to outdo me by getting up a ladder and polished his guttering FFS. I can only be grateful the PM wasn’t here to see it.
