Afternoon Watching the footer. I'm hoping for a thrashing for the home team so I can watch Roy Keane spontaneously combust, with Souness sat at the side of him smirking. Alternatively, a thrashing for the away team (unlikely) would see the roles reversed. OTTM, Spring has arrived. Had to let a bumble bee the size of an eagle out of the kitchen. Great game, plus Keane was raging at the end anyway. Full house of seethe. Yes, a brilliant game. For once the match lived up to the hype. |

I'm not a Coventry fan, but I'm hoping they can make it through to the final. That 1987 final was tremendous. Everyone at school trying the Keith Houchen diving header on the football pitches the following week. Trouble is, Man City could play their under 11's and still win anyway.

They should bring back Grandstand or Saint and Greavsie for the FA Cup final. 9am start on telly. Watching the players eat a full english for brekkers in the hotel. Stan Boardman doing a set on the players coach on the way to the ground. Interviews on Wembley way. Jimmy Hill in the studio. And all back home for findus crispy pancakes and the Morecambe and Wise show. Ahhhhh.
