I'm bread curious.
I came across - or tbh had pushed at me - videos on insta of "no-knead" bread. This is slight misnomer, there is some folding involved.
You bake it in a preheated cast iron le Cruseut style pot.
I may also get some yeast now you have reminded me.

Putting the ingredients together 2 mins and use fast bake option 2 hours. Experiment with the amount of salt and yeast. Not enough salt and it's bland. |
