Community is brilliant, up to a point. The fourth series loses Dan Harmon, and is weaker for it. Gets a bit better with the fifth series though.

Badger Ales I used to like Tanglefoot way back when I was youngish. Used to be a nice pint. It tasted of beer and was sufficiently strong that an unwary sheep could easily get his feet in a tangle after a few pints Last time I had it (about 5 years ago) it was horrible. It had all floral shit added to it and tasted most odd. It did not taste of beer. Bad enough not to try it again. It was from a bottle and was not off. i know what going off beer tastes like (90% good, maybe 80% on a bad day)
I may be old fashioned but I like my beer to taste of beer. Not of elderflower or heather or 200 tons of hops per pint.
I'd also like to complain that since Marstons cleaned the Unions in about 2000 Pedigree no longer tastes properly of sulphur. It s still nice beer, but less distinctive and less of a purgative if you unwisely overdose.

Tent Hen tied with Sheep? Unconventional farming methods. Should the RSPCA be informed?

It is a hot day. A sheep needs a tent to provide some shade.

Maybe a marquee.
A beer marquee sounds good. Something like they have at the Oktoberfest.

Perhaps SockpuppetPseudonym is professionally occupied at the World Cup. I would not be surprised to discover that he is really Phil Neville, or perhaps 'Chappers'.

Crank - I'm deeply moved.
Sheep - Forget it. I'm not bringing you a half pint of beer, let alone a Maß.

I only ever drank one bottle of Tanglefoot.
Never again.

Augasm over at the other place asking why Tom Clancy's Ghost hasn't made an appearance made me giggle a lot.
Left work early and almost at the dentist. Soup for dinner probably then.
Some Divisioning later hopefully.

I'm very forgiving as far as beer is concerned after I had Syrian beer (a bit like homebrew; every bottle tastes different, and you don't always win) and shared a calabash of traditional Zulu millet beer with a local chief* (though without the addition of battery acid that some people put in to give it an extra zing).
*I had a sip and regrets, he had the rest.

Left work early and almost at the dentist. Boss still on holiday I take it. I left at 4 and clocked out. If I'd left at 2.30 and hadn't clocked out it would have autoclocked me at 4pm anyway. Unfortunately there's also a sign in/out sheet.

I say thank you, I wonder who will be the first to say they don't use buses

I don't use buses.
Edit: this is not strictly true. On the rare occasions I use busses I always thank the driver using my man-of-the-people accent and vocabulary; "Cheers mate" delivered in a Birmingham accent sufficiently heavy that it would surprise my colleagues.

*Brummie bus drivers are the best.

Buses, busses, or buzes, buzzes? I always think Ta, mate works best on the buz. No need to be too formal.
