Also, it is a senior family members significant birthday at the weekend and I have been put in charge of catering for 16. Well, I say catering, I mean a barby. What could possibly go wrong? Other than the weather, the barby not working, food poisoning etc And to add to the pressure, it's not at my house, but the birthday house. Cooking a barby off-site.

Also everyone is a better cook after a drink when pissed.

You too can cook like Keith Floyd. All it takesis two bottles of wine or 6 Duvels. Or both.
You should light the barbecue before opening the second bottle if possible.
