I typed a post yesterday about living in Southport but I deleted it.
I was just about to post something else but I’ve pre-emptively deleted it.
Nothing I start to type about Southport seems to sit right.
I went on Reddit yesterday to find out what was happening. Most of the people on there were saying the stabbing was definitely done by an illegal immigrant, with a few saying it was probably someone from Liverpool.

I just did the run up the platform, miss your train, didn't want it anyway shrug.
Less trains at the moment running, first one a total sweatbox and couldn't get off and through the cunting barriers in time.
Could have got the later train and made this one fresh as a daisy instead of the sweaty mess I currently am. Not helped by carrying 3 laptops. 2 aren't mine, I was setting them up last night.
No games.
No TV other than the news.

Also, what's the beef with Phil Collins? I like Phil Collins. Some good stuff there. I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. |
