Secret Policemans Ball, the 25 year complete edition (5 volumes) from Amnesty International including "remember the Secret Policemans Ball?" from BAFTA awarding winning producer Roger Graef. Also has the dead parrot sketches and an early Michelangelo sketch (the one with fat Jebus balancing the two skinny ones!). The cheese shop sketch showing John Cleese amazing memory. |

What has happened to Amipal?
A few likes, but no posts this week. Maybe he's been kidnapped and can only just use the phone. Just the occasional morse code press.
Perhaps the pattern of likes spells out AIDEZ-MOI!
I'm only mildly curious. I haven't checked or called the police or anything.

Protests: A poll tax riot. Some of my friends were going to be caught in that tax trap so wanted to march.
I bunked off school to get involved 'cus they were buying the pre-protest beers.
It all got a bit out of hand, on the plus side they got on Midlands Today, with me ducking for cover so parents and teachers didn't catch a glimpse of me!

I have never taken part in a protest as I believe that all protesters are suffering from existential angst.
Although, when I was in Plymouth shitty centre last year, PCS were marching through the High Street so I shouted 'Get back to work' at them. They loved it*.
*The wankers ignored me.

In my experience if you want to get hassled by the Met and/or BTP going to a football match in London as an away fan is a much better bet than going to a protest.
Millwall, West Han and Spurs are best. Also Chelsea. If you can travel via Euston it helps.
Other police forces are also available.
It possibly doesn't help that my mandem have an almost entirely undeserved reputation for causing trouble.
