Darth Vader is gay. Obvious, when you think about it. The big takeaway from this is you obviously regard Natalie Portman's character as a man.

I need to get banned from the new M&S food hall. Or have Felices pension, one or the other.
So, so good.

I need to get banned from the new M&S food hall. Or have Felices pension, one or the other. So, so good. The sourdough baguette is delicious. The St. Feuillante Brun beer is delicious. The Cheese Layered Salad is delicious. Sadly the Cheese Layered Salad is now a rare sight. In London at least …

I do not gamble, but last night I put on my annual accumulators, one made up of sure things (to pay for a holiday) and the other of random guesses (to pay off the mortgage). Birmingham and Villa to win their divisions were both in there somewhere. Admittedly, drink had been taken.

It's much less likely that Vxxxx wil win the Premier League. A money thing as much as anything. They just don't have the same sort ofcash available as teams like Arsenal and Man City by hundreds of millions each season. It's not absolutely impossible for them to win the league, but it's very difficult. They'll do ok.. Hopefully not as well as last season. But they should be comfortably top half.

Birmingham operate at a sadly lower level. We are the biggest spenders in League One by a distance and with more to come. While we have an almost brand new side we are odds on favourites to go up with the bookmakers. I'm hopeful we'll do well. We ought to given the money spent, but as we haven't played any games yet it remains to be seen how good we will be. Pre-season has looked very promising. There is an alarming amount of optimism around the club.

Very amused by the amateur hour looters without the masks. Possibly spur of the moment, but still.

In London at least … I got one of those baguettes to have with dinner. I also grabbed some Gamma Ray beer and some Beef Olives for tomorrow nights dinner. I could easily have spent about £80 on small items.

You now owe Ryan Reynolds 50 quid

You now owe Ryan Reynolds 50 quid People always forget Rob McElhenney. Vanity project it may be, but 2 promotions in 3 years isn't bad, also the TV series was really good, mainly focussing on individual stories about people in Wrexham, with only bursts of Celeb sightings.

I don't have any objections to Wrexham. They had a bad time for 20+ years. They'll find this seadon tougher. They're no longer the biggest spenders and there's some clubs quite a lot bigger than them. It will be interesting to see how they cope. I can't see them getting a top 6 finish. Which is probably for the best. If they went up they gt a pasting in the Championship. A year or two to consolidate will help. Traditionally they have mostly been a Div 3/4 team (League 1/2 in new money)
English Red is still a season ticket holder there. He's bemused by it all. For yeas they were terrible and slowly sinking in the Conference. The change is amazing.
I've not seen the Wrexham thing. I enjoyed Sunderland Til I Die. Watching their dreams get crushed each season was great. It's a shame they are competent now. I don't even dislike Sunderland.
