Morning all!
Big news - I’ve managed to clear out the charging port of my iPhone. Finally, the charging cable fits with a positive snap, rather than me having to wiggle it and then wait for it to inevitably fall out.*
I might even get it synced with my iTunes library once more…

None. I am not a fan of the overpowered shit in Fortnite.
Basically if you don't get it you can't win the game.
I haven't felt i am necessarily losing to better players, but to better weapons.
I particularly dislike the shield. I have only seen the Doom thing in one game. I did not have it. I immediately got myself killed (accidentally) by someone else so I do not know if it is as terrible as it appears to be.

Morning soup fans!
On Monday I made roasted pepper soup. Roasted some peppers red onions, garlic, tomatoes and carrots in the oven before soupifying to perfection on the old hob.
Today I have bought ALL the leeks and am going to make leek and potato soup. Picked up some fancy wanker tiger baguettes /batons to go with it too. BOOM.
No sausages. I suspect Sir Stalin has abducted them all to use to thrash 'disabled benefit scroungers' and old age pensioners with.

Dragged my arse into the labs today.
mid-morning without warning the whole site loses internet connectivity for about 2 hours. No Teams... No VOIP... nada.
One eejit manager wanders round braying on about how good it is to see everyone talking to each other for a change. Collaborating, as he put it.
The little shit wasn't so visible later when it turned out it was *his* planning team that had decided that both independent fibre links to the whole campus should run over the SAME fecking router, which had subsequently self-immolated under the load. Twat.
