Apart from going to a concert I bought a record (vinyl)there. An EP or mini-album, whatevs. I have not listened to it yet. It was well priced - that is well priced for Bernard. I managed to avoid buying signed copies of anything else. Because I bought all that when I saw him in June. Four stars recommended I also went to a record fair on Saturday morning. It was very full, but disappointing. It was almost all vinyl and legit albums at that. No bootlegs Plus all this vinyl was very well priced - for the dealers. Barely a discount on HMV. By this I mean second hand LPs are now priced from about £15 up in good condition. And new ones are basically retail price. Even though the record fair dealers presumably do not have overheads such as tax to pay. I also noticed a lot more people seemed to be browsing rather than buying. Four stars recommended As it was National Album day I also popped in to HMV in Lincoln (also to both branches in Brum yesterday) They had no National Album day albums. I mean why would they? Big event advertised (notably by HMV) for 19 Oct, but nothing actually on sale that weekend Lots of Tay Tay at extortionate prices Some other stuff mostly at extortionate prices. Though also lots of unsold vinyl records at discounts. Oddly £35 records don't sell that well. Who would have guessed? I did buy one LP in the sale. I will not be buying a new second hand car this month. Hopefully not anyway. Four stars, recommended OTTMI went through Newark to get to Lincoln. TBH I'd stick with the original Ark. I did not go to HMV in Newark. Four stars, recommended Did you travel down the A46? If so there's a village there halfway between Newark and Lincoln called Thorpe on the Hill where a young Babyfark grew up. Nothing but fields and woods.

I hope Felice gets framed for shooting a gangland boss and gets chased across the city in a bid to get home...

I noticed signs for Thorpe on the Hill. Next door to Utter Shittington and Shitsfordby on Trent?

Bookquake Oopsy
No more than an 8 on the scale. It has necessitated some rebuilding. I have discovered a few books I really want to read, but had completely forgotten I actually owned. Everything is much better stacked and safer now. Until i start playing hook jenga again.
