I had a two hour meeting with Compliance this morning, pretty much the last thing I needed. With regards to FF it's a tough one to pick players for the 3rd/4th play-off as I expect some players will be rested, I wouldn't be surprised if Kane doesn't play for instance. Also, this must be first world cup where two teams play each other twice and both games are essentially meaningless. Disciplinary?

Nope, they just needed my expertise over very dull matters concerning my specialist field.

Pen-gate. That plus the "expenses" from the recent London trip. Hooters IS a restaurant.

Nope, they just needed my expertise over very dull matters concerning my specialist field. Let me guess, some genius in your organisation recently sent round a formal document containing a link to a nerd discussion board, and the compliance team wanted you to translate the absolutely meaningless shit they chat, so they can decide how fast to sack him?

Lunch: sushi from Waitrose.
Eat that, cheese sandwich!
It did cost a tenner, mind.

Apt to, or adept at.
Depending on whether you meant disposed to or proficient at.
Your welcome.

What's the deal with Hooters? Is it basically attractive waitresses flirting with you with tight tops whilst they serve burgers? In other words strips clubs for cowards?

Well obviously if they're pretty they're unlikely to also be good in the kitchen.
I get one offensive post per day, right?

Fuck this. The BBC is again giving Nigel Fromage plenty of airtime to do cheerleading for Trump and vent his views on Brexit.
The only official capacity of the man still holds is being an MEP, but I don't see them interviewing many other MEPs. Why are they doing this?

Last day before a week off. Just had a two hour meeting. Terrific.
On the plus side I just found out a new staff member who I'd normally be training can now start on Monday.

Polly Toynbee makes much the same point HERE: Fromage is an utter cockwomble.

I have the penis of an environmentalist rodent of some sort from Wimbledon on line 2 with a complaint about a libelous comparison.

I have the penis of an environmentalist rodent of some sort from Wimbledon on line 2 with a complaint about a libelous comparison. Tell him he misunderstood and it's no insult to Womblecocks. As for the phallic environmental conscious rodents of the same address, it really is adding insult to injury, what with the BBC telling them all those years ago that they weren't suitable for children's television...
