Felice is almost home. is almost home. is almost home… Is this a case of “Where’s Felice?”

SW of Ireland. I presume Crank is tracking the QM2 as Felice's phone is presumably turned off for security reasons.

My new wine-cooler is being installed. I have discovered it has something called 'Sabbath Mode'. Does it blast out 'Paranoid' when i reach for a chilled Chablis? No it doesn't. It does apparently though turn off all the internal lights and displays every Sunday, in order that I should not be tempteth into the path of SIN by the sight of all that sweet sweet booze.
Now if only I can find the option for it to turn water into wine....

I figured the circle round it was clue enough. The double typing was my browser/proboards shitting the bed.
It's really difficult not eating all the Halloween chocolate. And there's not enough chewy sweets been bought. Could murder some skittles.

Well I thought your managing to cyberstalk Felice even when he is cut off from the internet was pretty impressive.
Four stars recommended.
Note to self: Don't ever tell anyone where you are going.

Hello! I am enjoying listening to vinyls and trying not to spend a fortune on discogs. One of my speakers occasionally glitches out and the only thing that seems to work to get it to kick back in is to turn the volume right up and stamp on the floor until whatever loose wire it contains flicks back into place. I imagine the neighbours are enjoying the whole experience greatly.
Ottm: football! I am enjoying this for the first time in about 10 years. Maybe 30.

Unfortunately marinetraffic.com won't tell me where Rolling lives, so I can't pop over and pour petrol through his letterbox in the night for his Vinyls comment.
You using banana plugs or oldskool tinned wire shoved in the back? Trim and redo the connections. Swap them round, is it still the same side and therefore the amp?
I'd fucking love a record player. My pal did offer to give me back all the records I gave him. His girlfriend suggested I take others as well. Twenty five years of working in a record shop and a lifetime of collecting has given him quite the house full.
{Edit}Far too busy and important to correct my post, but you can work out where the problem is by swapping the sides.

I watched the second half of Aberdeen v Rangers. It was quite good. Not as good as scoring 7 past Fulham U21s in the BIG game, but still good. I think Kris Boyd may be the best thing about Rangers being terrible. You can see the anger and hurt on his face and the desperate desire to kill until everything is right with the world.
I presume Rangers are about to sack Grand Phillippe, steal the Aberdeen manager and buy half your team for 32p and an old Roy Of The Rovers Annual from 1983.
Vinyls I like to buy them direct from Neil Young. There is a reason why his webshop is called the Greedy Hand. On the plus side if you buy direct they come with a 192/24 download.

It was good, though not as good as the first half - should have been 3 up at half time. No way they are getting our manager or any of the players. Our best players have been sold in the last couple of years to Spanish and Italian teams, though they did get our 4th best midfielder on a Bosman in the summer. They are posting massive losses and can't afford to sack Clement, having given him a new contract a few weeks ago. If they do, they'll just be even skinter. It is highly amusing. Boyd is awful - that purple-faced inability to accept that they are not the greatest thing ever, or tolerate any setback whatsoever, sums up their entire worldview. Watching Sutton's face while he was ranting on was quite good though. Super Joe Lewis just looked bemused, understandably.

Wires - it's an old one from the 80s. Good idea about the sides, will try that. Hope it's the amp as that's probably easier to fix...

Even better, the connectors will be simple soldered onto the motherboard numbers. I've got an old Cambridge Audio amp from the 90s, an A1(?) in the attic in a box that I'm trying to make space for with the cd player. If it all still works. If not then I fancy a WiiM amp as it's small and has an hdmi in.
